These benches also come with an optional memory foam cushion, sold separately. Please note there is a natural and, to our eyes, beautiful variation and oxidation to maple, so the wood grain on the benches will vary. Allow us to choose a bench for you at random.

Seiza is a great meditation posture for those with less hip flexibility who have trouble sitting cross-legged. The bench also keeps pressure off your feet and ankles.
